Governor Crist Honored Us!

On 6/26/07 Governor Crist honored us by holding a Bill Signing Ceremony   (SB 2498 – Hurricane Preparedness & Insurance) at our client’s house.

Dynamic Group’s President, Ms. Belen Valladares,  started  and  fully  financed  a campaign to reduce insurance rates  and to promote  consumer-friendly insurance legislation in Florida.     Ms. Valladares’ work  was significantly influential in achieving  insurance  regulation  in  your  favor, including:

1-  Lower insurance rates.

2-  Eliminated the creation of “pups” (Florida subsidiaries used as a way to show losses in this state, while being able to protect their national profits) for the transaction of residential property insurance.

3-  The 90-day rule that requires insurers to resolve claims in 90 days, etc.

El Gobernador Charlie Crist nos honra con celebrar la firma de una ley de seguros con nuestra firma, en casa de uno de nuestros clientes. 

Nuestra Presidente, Belén Valladares, empezó y financió una campaña de colección de nombres de ciudadanos para reducir los costos de los seguros a la propiedad.  Su trabajo tuvo un impacto significativo en ayudarlos a Ustedes a logar bajar estos costos y también se consiguió pasar legislaciones a favor de los asegurados, como:

1) Reducir los costos de los seguros.

2) Se logro la eliminación de nuevas compañías de seguros locales como una manera de demostrar perdidas locales mientras se protegen las ganancias nacionales.

3) Se logro pasar una ley que consigue que las aseguradoras decidan el reclamo en 90 días.
