• A small Sweetwater association with 14 townhouses:
  They handled their own claim and were not satisfied with the results. They recovered 182k. Once we were involved the initial recovery was 42k. On the second and final round we recovered an additional 120K.

• A Large Association in the West Kendall area which consists of 95 plus buildings: We have handled this claim from the beginning and still hasn't been settled due to the fact that about half of the buildings have not been contracted by anyone. We have recovered 1.8M so far and are still disputing and additional 1.5M plus. In this claim the amounts that have been recovered is after a huge deductible of 1.5M.

• A 33 apartment building without an association. We also handled this claim from the beginning and were able max out the policy limits at 1 million dollars and that's because there was no more coverage available otherwise it would have been approximately 1.3M.

• A church/daycare/school complex referred by an old client.  The school principal felt he was serving his community better by hiring a company with the knowledge and experience to handle all the details of this multi unit complex. The total claim came up to 221,462.00
